You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already entered the shipping process.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and products marked as final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and credited may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically takes 5-10 business days from the date we process your return.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and process your refund or replacement as soon as possible. In such cases, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and details about when you expected to receive your refund. We will investigate the matter and keep you updated on our progress.
